As the exclusive agents for international manufacturers, Aspire One Beauty Co. Ltd is seeking qualified candidates to join their dynamic team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market surveys, study market trends, and collect information on cosmetic/dermaceutical products.
- Actively promote and market Aspire One Beauty products to expand market coverage.
- Stimulate new sales by gaining new clients.
- Perform field marketing, visiting pharmacies, beauty outlets, and corporate buildings.
- Identify potential clients and market opportunities.
- Support management in procurement planning and future projects.
- Monitor market response and customer feedback, relaying information to management.
- Engage with clients, customers, and skincare professionals to increase product sales.
- Propose and plan result-oriented marketing strategies for management review.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Stay updated with current trends and market needs for new cosmeceutical/dermaceutical products.
- Provide professional knowledge about cosmeceutical/dermaceutical products to encourage their use.
- Research and gather information on potential expos and business development events for company participation.
- Achieve sales targets outlined by the management team.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Identify prospective clients through market analysis and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Communicate product benefits effectively through presentations and demonstrations.
- Produce daily reports of field marketing activities.
- Represent Aspire One professionally in the field.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients and suppliers.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or an equivalent field from a recognized institution.
- At least ONE YEAR of experience in promoting and marketing similar products.
- Competent in computer knowledge, specifically Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with generating and presenting sales reports.
- Experience in field marketing.
Required Skills:
- Smart and excellent communication skills.
- Professional and presentable dressing sense.
- Business-oriented with excellent sales and collection skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong marketing, presentation, and negotiation skills with initiative.
- Preferably female, below 30 years of age.
