Job Summary: Next Media is seeking five dedicated Account Managers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Sales Opportunities: Conduct market research to find potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including price, delivery, and specifications with clients.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• After-Sales Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
