Job Summary:

Next Media is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join their team as Account Managers for their radio division. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Sales Opportunities: Conduct market research to find potential clients and new business avenues.
• Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, networking, and social media to generate leads.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and present sales pitches and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales terms including pricing, delivery, and specifications.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
• Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
• After-Sales Support: Provide support post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
