Location: Head Office, Kampala (With frequent travels upcountry)
Job Details:
Platinum Credit (U) Ltd seeks 4 dedicated Recoveries Officers to manage credit facilities in default, minimizing loss and ensuring recovery targets are met.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Achieving set recovery targets.
- Negotiating viable repayment plans and ensuring consistent payments.
- Conducting field visits and serving demand letters to clients.
- Updating client accounts and uploading necessary documents.
- Skip tracing and considering refinancing for eligible clients.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Age: 22-33 years; male candidates encouraged to apply.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Work Hours: 8 hours/day
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree
