Program: Empowerment & Livelihood for Adolescents (ELA) Program
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Take leadership during the implementation of project activities.
- Participate in regular coordination meetings at district, sub-county, and parish levels.
- Support in developing and implementing work plans, project activities, and budgets.
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure referrals to other services such as psychosocial support, mental health, family planning, and livelihoods interventions.
- Assist with project risk management in line with BRAC’s Risk Management policy.
- Support effective project budget utilization, management, and monitoring.
- Ensure timely accountability for funds used to implement the project.
- Mobilize target community members and key stakeholders to participate in ELA plus project activities.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions and other capacity-building initiatives.
- Support the establishment and strengthening of ELA plus project groups or safe spaces.
Safeguarding Roles:
- Understand, practice, promote, and endorse safeguarding policies among team members.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure and encourage others to do so.
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gender, Development Studies, Adult and Community Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A postgraduate diploma in project planning and management is an added advantage.
- At least 2 to 4 years of work experience in implementing protection programs.
- Experience in social protection, gender, human rights work, or legal assistance in humanitarian or development settings.
- Experience providing services to children, adolescents, youth, and young women at risk.
- Experience in developing/implementing referral pathways.
- Previous experience working with a team in a cross-cultural setting.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree
