Summary:
Makerere University is seeking four (4) dedicated Office Attendants to join our team. This role is critical to supporting the smooth operation of our administrative functions. The successful candidates will work full-time in Kampala, Uganda, contributing to the university’s mission of providing exceptional educational and training services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine office tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Provide support to various departments as required.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organized.
Requirements:
- No specific academic qualifications required.
- No prior experience necessary; we welcome applicants eager to learn and grow.
- Must be able to work 8 hours per day.
- Candidates should be between the ages of 18 and 55 years.
