Job Summary:
The Customer Sales and Support Officer plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring Smart systems’ availability, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position is essential for driving revenue growth, managing system integration, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, implement strategies to maximize customer value and profitability.
- System Integration & Implementation: Manage and oversee the installation and upgrade of Smart systems at new and existing service providers. Promote and implement HSMIS, train users, and ensure timely data delivery.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to claim processing guidelines, monitor compliance metrics, and collaborate with Quality Assurance on audits and improvements.
- Customer Experience & Support: Achieve positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) results, resolve inquiries promptly, build relationships with clients, and handle customer inquiries in line with Smart’s values.
- Internal Collaboration & Reporting: Align customer service with company goals, report on feedback and system performance, and assist in documenting procedures.
- Training, Development & Customer Engagement: Participate in training programs, mentor team members, and demonstrate the value of Smart solutions to service providers.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or IT.
- Strong communication, technical aptitude, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high service standards.
