Job Details:
Location: Upcountry
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Source new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned branch.
- Motivate, mentor, and energize sales teams.
- Ensure growth and retention of Sales Representatives.
- Conduct thorough training for Sales Representatives.
- Oversee office operations and ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Coordinate marketing activities for the assigned branch.
Competencies:
- Sales Management Skills including Direct Sales, Recruitment, Promotional Skills, Account Management, Customer Service, and Entrepreneurship.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Email.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a financial institution.
- Professional qualification in sales and marketing is an advantage.
Work Hours: 8
