Soroti University, established as a public institution under Statutory Instrument No. 34 of July 2015, is seeking applications for two lecturer positions in the Department of Pathology. As a pivotal institution in Uganda, Soroti University is dedicated to advancing higher education, research, and professional training in the Applied Sciences.

University Overview:

Soroti University is the ninth public university in Uganda, situated approximately seven kilometers from Soroti town along Moroto Road. It is governed by a University Council and administrated by a team led by the Vice Chancellor, with additional support from administrative staff and student guild representatives.

Position Summary:

The University is looking for motivated and qualified individuals to join its academic team in the Department of Pathology. The successful candidates will be involved in teaching, research, and professional development within the department.
