Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including receiving applications, shortlisting candidates, and following hiring procedures.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new employees.
  • Handle employee complaints and grievances.
  • Compile, maintain, and retrieve HR and Administrative documents.
  • Update Staff Payroll with the Finance department.
  • Manage staff welfare.
  • Conduct annual staff appraisals.
  • Prepare and issue staff IDs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage disciplinary proceedings.
  • Handle workplace conflicts.
  • Track leaves (annual, sick, etc.) and attendance using a geometric machine.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR & Admin Assistant or a similar role.
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Good organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and Google applications.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Commitment to continuous self-development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Hours:
8 hours per day

Experience:
At least 12 months

Level of Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
