Summary: Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is seeking 15 Tele Sales Officers to enhance customer service and company image, procure sales through telephone communication, and support the growth of retail sales.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Enhance customer service and company image.
• Interest customers in taking loans from Platinum Credit (U) Ltd.
• Obtain referrals from existing customers for new customers.
• Support branch retail sales by referring contacted customers within their regions.
• Provide professional, effective, and efficient customer service.
• Conduct after-sales courtesy calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Procure sales in company-offered products.
• Provide customer retention services.
• Onboard new customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:

• Minimum of a Diploma in sales, marketing, or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
• Ability to close sales and resolve customer complaints.
• At least six (6) months experience in Tele-Sales.
• Knowledge of Office Administration.
• Age between 23 and 30 years old.
