Job Summary
The role aims to provide comprehensive financial solutions to retail customers by following up on non-funded and dormant accounts, up-selling and cross-selling to account holders and potential leads, and delivering high-quality, consistent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Campaigns: Conduct outbound calls to encourage account funding, manage inactivity, and reactivate dormant accounts.
- Product Promotion: Identify and promote the institution’s products and services, request referrals, and support business growth.
- Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with pre-existing customers, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships to enhance sales deliverables.
- Customer Feedback: Capture customer feedback on various products and services, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quality Checks: Perform quality health check calls, gather market intelligence on competitors’ products and services, and profile customers.
- Issue Resolution: Accurately capture customer feedback from campaigns and escalate urgent issues for resolution.
Academic Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a Diploma in any academic discipline from a recognized university.
- At least 6 months of experience in the banking or microfinance industry.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.

Area of Residence
Candidates should preferably reside in Kampala or the close neighboring towns.
