Job Summary

This role involves financial management and risk mitigation advisory, ensuring the growth of NIC Life Assurance policies in the Ugandan market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential buyers: Schedule consultative meetings with potential clients.
- Advice on Life Assurance policies: Provide clients with the best Life Assurance policy solutions.
- Client portfolio growth: Acquire new business to expand the client portfolio.
- Client relationship management: Maintain and manage the client portfolio.
- Achieve targets: Consistently meet performance targets.
- Industry knowledge: Stay updated with pertinent industry facts.
- Professional presentation: Maintain a presentable, smart, and audible demeanor.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Diploma or any Business-Related Course from a recognized institution.
- Age: Between 20 to 35 years.
- Qualities:
- High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Open-mindedness with a trainable attitude.
