Abtex further narrates that According to the contract they made with Serena Bata , these songs are owned by Abbey Musinguzi aka Abitex and he registered them under the Uganda Services Bureau
On the 400,000,000/= Shs Abtex requests from Serena Bata, 100,000,000/= is for the funds Serena Bata got from various concerts and events without prior notice to Abtex, the 300,000,000/= is for breaking the agreement is provoking the trade name Abitex promotions
