state Minister Agnes Nandutu, adheres to the police summons

State minister for Karamoja affairs Hon Agnes Nandutu has taken herself over to Police in plea of investigations over Karamoja iron sheets fraud,

Nandutu as per unquestionable reports is right now at the CID premises in Kibuli for interrogations and from there will be summoned in court over for request.
The Bududa woman MP turns into the third minister to be charged in the broadening fraud. She follows minister Amos Lugoloobi  and  Dr Mary Goretti Kitutu  who have since been charged by the anti-Coruption court in Kololo over the fraud of the Karamoja iron sheets
During the press conference yesterday, police spokesperson Fred Enanga told reporters that Nandutu had a given a deaf ear to police summons to show up last week and risked being captured if she doesn’t hand herself to the powers.
“Last Friday, we summoned Agnes Nandutu, to return at Criminal investigation Division (CID) headquarters to explain specific extra areas of inquiries however she didn’t turn up,” Mr Enanga said.
“We might want to inform all people subjected to interrogations to kindly cooperate the team of specialists. The info that we require can help either reveal  the claims against you or disprove the charges  set against them,” he added.
Mr Enanga said although most  of the interrogations have been finished, there are still inquiries emerging out of the consistent discussions among investigators and the office of the DPP, which is the reason they are as yet calling suspects.
“The cases are being dealt with dependent upon the situation, we opened individual case documents for each and everybody whom we feel is engaged with the iron sheets investigation and we presented a few of those case records. As the police, we just respond where charges are authorized against the suspects,” he added
