Summary: Human Capital Business Solutions Ltd is seeking three experienced Technical Sales Engineers to join Zenith Steel Fabricators Ltd, a leading steel fabrication firm based in Kampala, Uganda. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of Zenith Steel by providing technical support, building customer relationships, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of Zenith Steel’s products.
• Drive sales by identifying and engaging with target customers.
• Read and understand commercial contracts and terms in RFQs.
• Develop and manage new sales channels and ensure delivery of monthly targets.
• Research and identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Track enquiries, convert them to orders, and manage billing and payment processes.
• Build relationships with architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders.
• Generate leads and meet with customers to establish solutions.
• Document technical reports for each site.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Mandatory Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or project sales of industrial products.
  • Proven networking experience with builders, architects, and contractors.
  • Knowledge of the construction and roofing industry is a plus.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Experience Required: Minimum 24 months
