Position Overview:

Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is seeking ten dynamic and experienced Sales Managers to join our team in Kampala. The successful candidates will be instrumental in driving the growth of our branch portfolio while ensuring high standards of portfolio quality. This role requires a dedicated leader who can motivate a team, satisfy customers, and achieve sales targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and maintain portfolio quality targets.
• Create and execute a business marketing plan and sales strategy to meet individual, team, and business unit sales targets and expand the client base.
• Oversee and manage the recruitment process for the sales team to meet set targets.
• Implement effective staff retention strategies.
• Supervise and support regular training for the team on all processes.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards in alignment with the company’s customer service charter.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 15 people.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
