Role Overview: As the Head of Finance and Compliance, you will manage our Finance, Compliance, and Administration functions, ensuring alignment with BOU regulations and driving financial health and regulatory adherence within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance:
- Oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial guidance.
- Monitor daily financial activities, performance against budgets, and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance:
- Stay updated on financial regulations, interpret and communicate requirements, and collaborate on compliance issues.
- Develop and update compliance policies, conduct training, and manage risk assessments to mitigate compliance risks.
- Administration:
- Streamline administrative processes, manage budgets and expenses, and oversee daily operations of the administrative team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance leadership with regulatory compliance oversight.
- Extensive knowledge of AML, payment processing, and digital payment regulations.
- Proven track record in managing compliance functions and process improvements.
- CPA/ACCA certification is required; CAMS or CFE certifications are highly desirable.

Role Overview: As the Country Manager, you will lead operational and business development initiatives in Uganda, aligning with eTranzact’s global goals to expand business lines and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Bank of Uganda and clients.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold integrity standards.

Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in electronic banking and/or FinTech.
- Strong understanding of FinTech trends and regulatory frameworks.
