Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Job Summary: Quality Plastics (U) Ltd. is looking for a meticulous Quality Control Analyst to ensure that our manufacturing processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, documentation, and compliance throughout the production chain.
Responsibilities:
- Author, review, and approve QA SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records.
- Manage change control and deviation documentation.
- Investigate factory nonconformities and handle CAPA implementations.
- Oversee cleanliness, equipment registration, qualification, and validation.
- Coordinate internal audits, training, and document control.
- Monitor key process activities and equipment performance.
- Handle complaints and ensure compliance with good production practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceuticals.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a busy manufacturing plant under Quality Assurance.
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
