Job Summary
We are seeking two dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisors to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing floor operations to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the floor to maintain service quality and efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Manage and support floor staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer care skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to quickly assess situations and work with minimal supervision.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a restaurant or a similar supervisory position.
Education Requirements
- No specific educational qualifications required.
Work Hours
- 8 hours per day.
Experience
- At least 24 months of relevant experience.
