Job Purpose:
The Group Accountant will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial operations across all our branches. You will lead a team of In-Country Accounts Managers, overseeing their work, and consolidating financial data for the entire organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Consolidation:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in compliance with IFRS or local standards.
- Consolidate financial data, reconcile accounts, and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Head Office Finance team to ensure consistent accounting practices.
- Management & Supervision:
- Lead and guide a team of In-Country Accounts Managers.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide ongoing training.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Internal Controls & Compliance:
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations, adapting practices as needed.
- Conduct regular reviews of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Financial Analysis & Budgeting:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and support decision-making.
- Participate in budgeting processes and provide recommendations.
- Prepare variance analyses to monitor and control expenses.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Manage external auditor relationships and facilitate the audit process.
- Prepare management reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments for a holistic approach to financial management.
Additional Requirements:

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Specific Skills:
- Proven experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and internal controls.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in a senior accounting role, preferably in financial services.

Job Purpose:
The Store Keeper will manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of products, raw materials, and packaging materials, maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper storage and security of inventory.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and store products, raw materials, and packaging materials.
- Maintain organized inventory and issue materials to authorized personnel.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Storage & Security:
- Ensure proper storage and security of products.
- Comply with regulatory requirements for product safety and labeling.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Assist in preparing orders and shipments.
- Work with logistics, production, and quality control teams to optimize inventory management.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Educational Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management or related field.
- Specific Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
