Branch Manager
Department: Distribution
Position Function:
To lead and manage the Branch in regard to Business Growth, Relationship Management, Customer Service, Operations, and Risk in line with the strategies and policies of the Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the branch budget and design a branch business strategy, guiding all branch activities to support the achievement of branch goals.
- Lead the Branch team in identifying business opportunities and drive market action to achieve business targets.
- Monitor and control the financial performance of the branch to grow branch earnings and profitability.
- Prepare quality credit proposals in line with Bank policies for presentation to the credit committee.
- Drive a culture of great service and quality relationship management to retain and develop customers and expand the Bank’s wallet-share.
- Ensure branch-wide compliance with the Bank’s internal control framework and all other regulations.
- Monitor the credit portfolio and support debt collection/recovery initiatives.
- Provide regular branch reports to management.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the Branch team through rigorous performance management, coaching, mentoring, and learning interventions.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional or post-graduate qualifications in Finance or Marketing or related fields are an added advantage.
- 5 years’ Banking experience in Financial Business Development, with exposure to Operations.
- Strong track record in Direct Selling, Sales Management, and Relationship Management in Banking.
- Knowledge of the Bank’s business model, its strategy, and all of its products and services.
- Knowledge and interpretation of industrial and national economic trends.

IT Support Officer – Networks
Department: Operations Department (ICT)
Position Function:
Responsible for first-line support for ICT networks to achieve Service Level Objectives and Systems Performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support; answering and fixing queries via phone, email, and help desk.
- Offer excellent staff support for all ICT-related queries and adhere to all service management standards.
- Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
- Ensure that all calls and support requests are logged on the service desk.
- Maintain a log of any network and infrastructure problems.
- Support users in the use of the network by providing necessary training and advice.
- Allocate more complex calls to the relevant ICT technical support levels.
- In liaison with other ICT staff, arrange for external support where problems cannot be resolved in-house.
- Perform preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and other related activities required for network and security services and devices.
- Ensure documentation is maintained and filing is properly managed.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven experience in overseeing the configuration, deployment, and management of network devices, applications, and related products.
- Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.

IT Graduate Trainee
Department: Operations
Position Function:

Knowledge and Experience:
- Must have graduated in 2023 or 2024 with a minimum of a 2nd Class Lower Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Must have obtained 13 points and above at A level.
- Must have a C3 in English and a C3 in Maths at O level.
- Additional certifications in Networks, Systems, or other relevant areas are an added advantage.

Records Officer
Department: Procurement and Administration
Position Function:
To effectively handle the bank’s records for safe and efficient storage, retrieval, and destruction. Additionally, responsible for arranging, describing, preserving, and providing access to Bank records, documents, and other materials with long-term, historical value and importance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, record, and safely shelve and store documents for archiving.
- Retrieve, register, and issue archival documents as requested and approved.
- Arrange for the destruction of obsolete records as per approved lists.
- Receive, record, and sort incoming mail for distribution and dispatch outgoing mail.
- Prepare and process necessary paperwork related to mail services and maintain records of quantities and descriptions of materials received and distributed.
- Assist in the supervision of all service providers carrying out works in the archives e.g., fumigators.
- Maintain an inventory of all records in the records repository and keep the access register up-to-date.
- Advise the Records Management Officer on records that have overstayed their return dates.
- Preserve and conserve from time to time all the records that are in his or her jurisdiction to facilitate the continued existence of the Bank’s information sources.
- Timely retrieval of records requested by authorized staff against formal fully signed requisitions submitted to the Records Office and ensure the correct refilling of the records returned.
- Maintain a well-organized and neat Records Repository with orderly filing and shelving as per Bank standards.
- Maintain an updated process flow for the management of all categories of records in the Records repository and maintain an updated records status of all records movement outside the Records Repository.
- Restrict unauthorized staff from gaining access to the Bank Information sources.
- Catalogue, classify, and index all the records delivered to Stores for proper storage.
- Advise on emerging filling space needs to the Records Management Officer in a timely manner.
- Recommend and assist with the implementation of records storage and indexing solutions and may develop databases and information access systems, as time and resources allow.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Records and Archives Management, Library and Information Science, or a business-related field.
- Good understanding of records and archives management principles.

Graduate Trainee Sales Executive
Department: Retail Banking
Position Function:
Generate market interest and inquiry into Bank products and services by executing various direct sales activities in the market and engaging potential clients to acquire new business for the Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell Bank products within set frameworks.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve pre-set monthly targets.
- Document sales calls, monitor and engage prospects, and keep track of business pipelines with the aim of translating them into business for the Bank.
- Provide financial advice on Bank products and account opening procedures to customers.
Knowledge and Experience:
