Job Details:

The key purpose of this role is to manage all Finished Goods (FG) inventory within the logistics supply chain, ensuring product quality standards are met and compliance with all inventory governance processes and controls. Responsibilities include:

  • Complete raw material delivery quality checks/counts
  • Offload raw material delivery vehicles using appropriate methods
  • Complete raw material delivery administration
  • Ensure correct handling and storage of stock
  • Interpret production plan
  • Batch raw materials
  • Complete raw materials issue administration
  • Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and risk-free standards
  • Complete all documentation
  • Initiate corrective action
  • Communicate effectively in the workplace
  • Contribute to self and team development

Profile:

  • Minimum Diploma in Inventory Management, Procurement, or any other business course
  • Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage
  • 1 year of experience in an FMCG environment

Job Details:

The key purpose of this job is to capture data, perform analytics, and distribute performance reporting for Distribution Centers (DCs) within the district. Responsibilities include:

  • Centralised PTP support
  • Source quotations for logistics as required
  • Manage DC consumables ordering and tracking
  • PTP follow-up and snow ticket logging for issues
  • GRIR Management for all Logistics POs
  • Close out and address all Logistics supplier PTP queries
  • Assist with vendor creation for Logistics
  • Temp Labour Management: Administer temp requisition forms, file time sheets, and capture time and attendance verification
  • Analyse temp labour usage and report weekly
  • Owner Driver Administration: Verify CPOD and ODIS shipments, assist with new driver onboarding
  • KPI Tracking and Trending: Daily and weekly performance reporting to District DCs
  • DPO: Weekly updates on self-assessment scores, performance updates, and consolidated action logs
  • Ad-hoc logistics administrative support as required

Profile:

  • Relevant 3-year tertiary degree/diploma, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • 1-2 years administrative experience (advantageous)
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
