Summary of Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular analysis of yearly budgets and activities related to Public Private Partnership (PPP), Federal, State, and Local governments, NGOs, and health institutions, focusing on delivery value to the organization.
- Identify primary health concerns of state governments and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Identify public health needs from hospitals, health agencies, and institutions at all levels.
- Foster strong business relationships with key PPP customers and seek out new prospects.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and other relevant regulatory requirements related to the supply chain process.
- Develop and implement product demand planning processes.
- Analyze supply chain data and market trends, providing insights and advice to management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the company’s brands to prospective clients.
- Monitor customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare regular reports on product distribution and supplier performance.
Educational Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standard requirements.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to supplier locations on short notice.
