JOB DETAILS:
ROLES
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs.
- Create a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts, ensuring resolution.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance.
- Maintain organization charts and employee directory.
- Align strategic HR goals with business initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Membership of the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda preferred.

- Interpret the Constitution of Uganda Scouts Association.

- Provide legal advice to Association leadership.
- Represent the Association in legal matters.
- Perform other delegated legal functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Law Firm registered with the Law Council of Uganda.
- Minimum 5 years of operation.
- Minimum of 2 practicing Advocates with 5 years of experience each.
