Xclusive Uganda is a group of horticulture companies producing cuttings for the worldwide market. We consist of 3 companies: Xclusive Young Plants, Kalanchoe and Chrysanthemum. Our total production area is about 11 hectares and we work together with over 500 colleagues every day to optimally serve our customers. Xclusive is known for the innovative way of working, our care for employees and the community around us and our culture in which we achieve our goals together.

Job Summary:  We are looking for Human Resource Trainee. Do you have training and knowledge in Human Resource Management, are you passionate and committed to developing a career in human resource? Are you self-driven, cooperative, and result oriented? Do you recognize yourself in our core values? We are looking for you!

You will receive on the job training in a wide range of human resource management tasks and all aspects of the human resources processes including, ENTRY, STAY and EXIT.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in human resource management from reputable University.
  • No experience is required, fresh graduate who just completed University.
  • Passionate and committed to developing a career in human resource.

Working hours: 7:00am – 4:30pm from Monday to Saturday

Duration of training: 5 months

Location: Ntinda, Mairye Village, Off Gayaza Road Kiwenda Zirobwe Road

Accommodation: Available at the Farm
