Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in the production of vegetable oil and soap products. This role involves supervising the QA team, conducting quality audits, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures for vegetable oil and soap manufacturing.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality assurance activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and resolve quality issues.
  • Oversee laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Ensure that all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained.
  • Work with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions for QA staff and production personnel on quality assurance procedures and best practices.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Processing and Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISO 9001) are preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in vegetable oil and soap production.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using quality management software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, providing outstanding service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information about the hotel, available services, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations, including cancellations and modifications.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in a business-related field. Additional education in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role within the hotel industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
