About the Graduate Trainee Program:
Our graduate program is an adventure where you will jump straight into your new role – a real job with fast-tracked career paths where you will be inspired to reach your full potential. You will be introduced to the world of business and given the opportunity to demonstrate your drive and creativity.
You will work with business leaders and other graduates across OPCOs within MTN Group. You will have the support of an experienced manager, a dedicated mentor, and a “buddy” who will help you successfully navigate your career.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- A University Degree in any Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics Discipline
- A minimum of Second Class Upper
- Must have completed an undergraduate degree between 2021 and 2024
- No experience required
- Problem-solving mindset, data-driven with an analytical approach to work
- Effective command of English in written and verbal communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance environment
