Job Summary:

The Telesales Agent will procure sales through telephone communication.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enhance customer service and company image.
• Interest customers in taking repeat loans from Bayport Financial Services (U) Ltd.
• Obtain referrals from existing customers for new customers.
• Process loans for customers who express interest.
• Help grow retail sales for branches by referring customers within their regions.
• Demonstrate and deliver professional, effective, and efficient customer service.
• Make after-sales courtesy calls to establish customer satisfaction.
• Procure sales for various products offered by the company.
• Provide customer retention service.
• Win back churned/inactive customers.
• Onboard new customers.
• Prepare and interpret own reports.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• At least one year of relevant work experience, with six months in a sales position.
• Knowledge of office administration.
• Age: 20-30 years.
• Above average people/soft skills (including listening skills, stress management).
• Analytical capabilities for report writing.
• Integrity and ability to work in and lead a dynamic team.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of company credit/lending policies.
• Team player with the ability to manage people efficiently in a changing environment.
• Good computer and database skills.
• Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
