Emma Carlos Announces Return To Management

Talent Manager Emma Carlos

Seasoned talent manager Emma Carlos has announced plans to launch a new music act to mark his return to talent management.

Carlos’ break from management led him into a world of activism for better conditions for artists through an advocacy platform, the National Cultural Forum, which he founded with veteran artist Raga Dee.

In the 2010s, Carlos became well-known for managing top city artists like Dream Girls, Wafagio, and Kalifah Aganaga. He hit the pinnacle of his management career when he signed Coco Finger at a time when the dancehall artist had pledged to push Jamaican music off the dancefloor with his hits.

Following the death of musician Moses Radio in 2017, Carlos took a break from management as Goodlfy, as it was known, disintegrated.

Emma Carlos once managed dynamic Due Radio and Weasle.

However, that break is set to end, as Carlos confided in Ugandan Exclusive about his return to management in June.

A Confident Carlos.

“Music is like a demon, you can never really quit, but you can step aside and let it breathe. While it has breathed enough, I discovered a talent, and we are done with the production of both audio and videos. We are set to roll out in June.” -Emma Carlos

Carlos, who offered no hints on who the music act would be, assured fans and music consumers that they’d love them.

“The fans and music lovers should brace themselves for a new vibe. You know me when I decide to promote.” – Emma Carlos.

Even if details about the new musical act are few, we can reveal that Daddy Andre and Nessim, two city producers, have been responsible creating sounds for him or her. Carlos has also trusted the creativity of a familiar face in Kalifah Aganaga to pen the new music.
