35 Postgraduate Scholarships for Ugandan Scholars

The Ministry of Education and Sports is pleased to announce 35 Postgraduate Scholarships for the 2025/2026 academic year, awarded by the Commonwealth Scholarships Commission (CSC). These scholarships are available to suitably qualified Ugandan scholars to pursue full-time PhD and Master’s studies at UK universities.

Important Instructions

  • Application Process:
    Interested candidates must visit the Ministry of Education and Sports website at www.education.go.ug to access the detailed advertisement, application procedure, and submission guidelines. Pay special attention to the general eligibility criteria and specific requirements for the level of study you are applying for.
  • Deadline:
    Applications must be submitted by September 2, 2024.
  • Selection Process:
    The shortlist of candidates will be displayed on the Ministry of Education and Sports website on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a face-to-face interview, with the date to be communicated later.
